We are a small, private, professional, family friendly, and locally-owned bakery that will create a wide array of tasty treats ranging from cakes, cupcakes, pies, and petit fours, just to name a few. We offer a wide variety of flavors, fillings, designs, cakes, pies, cobblers and icings. However, we are now offering sugar-free, gluten-free, keto, vegan, and dairy-free products that are also designed to fit the customer needs at the request of the customer in advance. All of our sweets are made to perfection. We proudly serve SC, GA, NC and surrounding areas.

For those of you still looking for a wedding cake and/or one of our upscale signature dessert bars, we are making the process easy for you. Though we are not holding face-to-face consultations and cake tastings, we are now holding consultations via Zoom. The purpose of Zoom consultations can range from a simple chat to say hello and meet the owner, to answering general questions to a full design session. For consultations, we are now pleased to introduce our mini-cake tasting boxes and/or mini-dessert sampler boxes for delivery.
The mini-cake tasting boxes and mini-dessert sampler boxes will not only help you to know if we're the right vendor for you, but also help to to short list some of our most chosen wedding cake flavors and combinations.
It's our hope that these new options provide you with an easy and delicious way to keep your wedding planning or special event moving forward.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. A 50% retainer fee is required to secure our services, event date, and order. ***PLEASE NOTE THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE OR NON-TRANSFERABLE.
2. NOTE: The Dessert Bar Boutique Bakery and Catering, LLC must receive the balance in full 30 days prior to your event date or contract is null and void, and retainer fee and/or any additional payments made will not be refunded. ABSOLUTELY, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
3. Once the contract has been confirmed, signed, and established, only additional items may be added to menu. Deletions and/or exchanging of the menu WILL NOT be allowed. The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of additions, style or flavors of the cake, desserts, and/or food products ordered. Any changes after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
4. Delivery, Set-up and Retrieval - $75 fee within 20 miles from bakery location. $1.00 for every mile after the first 20 miles. This includes delivery, set-up of your dessert table, use of my equipment and retrieval of my equipment. Equipment Security Deposit is to be determined, as applicable.
5. The Dessert Bar Boutique Bakery and Catering, LLC are not responsible for any damage to the dessert(s) and/or food products after set-up is complete. You, the customer are responsible for providing an appropriate secured table and environment for the dessert(s) and/or food products ordered. Products are heavy and will require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 70 degrees or below.
6. If flowers are provided via an outside source, you acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants. Therefore, The Dessert Bar Boutique Bakery and Catering, LLC WILL NOT provide fresh flowers on and/or near cake, dessert, and/or food products.
7. If you or your representative elect to pick up or set-up your order, you assume ALL responsibility for the condition of the cake, dessert, and/or food products once it leaves (The Dessert Bar Boutique Bakery and Catering, LLC) possession.
8. On occasion, The Dessert Bar Boutique Bakery and Catering, LLC will photograph our cakes, dessert, and/or food products and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
9. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and/or other allergins. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
10. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of (The Dessert Bar Boutique Bakery and Catering, LLC) to complete the agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
11. ORDER MUST BE INSPECTED AND ANY CONCERNS MUST BE ADDRESSED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, PICK-UP, AND/OR SET-UP PRIOR TO THE CONSUMER OR THE DESSERT BAR BOUTIQUE BAKERY AND CATERING, LLC EXITING THE PREMISES. ONCE THE DESSERT BAR BOUTIQUE BAKERY AND CATERING EXIT THE PREMISES, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY CONCERNS, MISHAPS, OR COMPLAINTS.
